Program Name: Pet Loyalty Post-Adoption Support

What is this program?

Pet Loyalty provides automated text message support to new pet adopters during the first 90 days after adoption. Messages include pet care guidance, behavioral tips, scheduled check-ins, and responses to adopter questions about their new pet.

Message Frequency:

You will receive approximately 2–4 text messages per week for up to 90 days following your adoption. Message frequency may vary based on your pet's needs and your interactions with the service.

Opt-In:

By providing your mobile phone number during the adoption process at a participating shelter and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS and MMS messages from Pet Loyalty. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of pet adoption.

Opt-Out:

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may re-subscribe at any time by texting START.
